The Ultra series is heavily focused on photography, even more so than Samsung and Apple's flagships. It features a large, circular quad-camera module inspired by Leica cameras and comes in three flavors: two-tone silver and black models, as well as simple black and white models.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra continues to sport a sturdy build with a deep camera module. The quad-curved aluminum frame further contributes to ergonomics, providing a user experience typical of a high-end smartphone. It uses Google Gemini Nano 2 and Google Circle-to-Search for the feature.

It packs a 5410mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. It also offers 18W reverse wireless charging. Xiaomi claims that the battery retains 80 percent capacity after four years of use. The phone supports dual SIM, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1.
